Before
Discuss the basic logistics of the project and set expectations
Work with the customer or designer to finalize and procure the finish materials needed for the project
Share project calendar which includes a daily schedule, payment due dates, customer walkthroughs, material deliveries, etc.
Invite customer to login to their unique project app for PC, iPhone, or Android where they can see their project photos, calendar, accounting, and all other aspects of the renovation
Provide certificate of insurance
During
Daily site visits to ensure workmen are properly guided and have the needed materials onsite
Regular site meetings with the customer
Regular phone call, text, and email updates to the customer
Schedule and oversee building inspections
After
Customer walkthrough to review punch-list items
Provide final lien waivers
Provide closing packet that includes a list of finish materials, warranty information, and a subcontractor list
